NGREDIENTS:
1 Lb Ground Chicken
Tsp Onion Powder
Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Egg
Splash of Heavy Cream
¾ Cup Almond Flour
Sprinkle of: Paprika, Salt & Pepper
NSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix chicken, onion powder & garlic salt in a bowl
- Shape into nuggets and place on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper
- Place cookie sheet in freezer for an hour (till frozen-ish)
- Whisk up egg and heavy cream in a bowl, add almond flour & seasoning to a shallow container
- Dip nuggets in egg and then coat in the almond flour mix (watch highlighted story)
- Fry up for 2 min on each side (I used olive oil)
- Dip in your favorite keto sauce! We went with BBQ Sauce!
